Proposal
The City of Pickering is proposing amendments to correct omissions and clarify provisions in the
City's Consolidated Zoning By-law 8149/24. The proposed amendments to By-law 8149/24 will
add definitions, revise/add setback and building height requirements, and correct site specific
zoning.
